Your Wellbeing Comes First

Your Wellbeing Matters

Sharing your story can be a powerful experience.

For some mothers, telling their story can bring a sense of relief, validation, connection and healing. For others, revisiting difficult experiences may bring up feelings of grief, loss, anger, trauma or distress. Every person's experience is different.

Many mothers have carried these experiences silently for months, years or even decades. Giving voice to them can feel both healing and challenging at the same time.

You remain in control of what you choose to share. There is no expectation to discuss anything that feels unsafe or overwhelming.

If participating in an interview, you may pause, take breaks, decline questions or end the conversation at any time.

PLEASE NOTE

While Mumma Bears Rising aims to provide a compassionate and supportive space, we are not a counselling, legal or crisis support service. If sharing your story brings up difficult emotions, we encourage you to seek appropriate support.

Your wellbeing is more important than the interview, the recording or the story itself.

When You Are Ready

Ready to Share Your Story?

If you feel ready to share your story, or simply want to learn more about the process, we would love to hear from you.

There is absolutely no obligation to participate, and reaching out does not mean you are committing to sharing your story. We understand that every mother's circumstances are different, and some women may need time before deciding if this feels right for them.

You are welcome to contact us to ask questions, discuss your options, or simply explore whether sharing your story feels safe and appropriate for you.

Please include as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing.
